Request Account Deletion — BlueGuard Ops

To request deletion of your BlueGuard Ops account and all associated data, please contact Blue Violet Security directly using one of the methods below.

How to request deletion:

Send an email to info@bluevioletsecurity.com with the subject line: "BlueGuard Ops — Account Deletion Request"

Include in your message:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your account

• Confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted

What gets deleted:

• Your account credentials and profile information

• All compliance records, assessments, and operational data you entered

• App usage and activity logs associated with your account

​

What may be retained:

• Records required by law or for legitimate security incident investigation purposes

• Anonymized, non-identifiable usage data

Timeline: We will process your request within 30 days of receipt and confirm deletion via email.
